SteR FL4.0 autoclaves represent the latest generation of FBL machines capable of sterilizing all kinds of food products at high pressures and temperatures. The SteR FL4.0 design integrates different sterilization processes such as water rain, air/steam cycles mixed by a fan into one machine. Numerous variants make it possible to optimize water and steam recovery (SSSP systems) or follow the strictest “FDA compliant machine” food safety specifications.
Sterilization islands: all SteR FL4.0 autoclaves are designed to be installed in automated systems for loading and unloading baskets and their handling to automated systems for loading and unloading containers to be processed in the baskets. These systems transform a batch process such as autoclaving into a continuous process. A closed system that continuously receives from a conveyor belt the product to be sterilized and always returns it in a sterilized, washed and dried counter, ready for final packaging.
SteR SSSP 5.0 Energy Recovery Systems: All SteR F L4.0 autoclaves are designed to be integrated or combined with process water heat recovery and cooling systems capable of meeting Industry 5.0 requirements. In particular, the SteR SSSP 5.0 represents the new generation of utility management systems capable of “storing” energy that would be lost during cooling in order to reuse it directly in the next cycle.
