The Monobloc is a combination of some machines, which allows the various phases of: blowing/rinsing – filling and closing to be centralized on a single base.
We can handle different types of containers both in plastic and glass that could be cylindrical or shaped up to the volume of 1 kg. The Monobloc solution allows you to reduce space, compared to stand-alone machines and ensure higher production efficiency thanks to the synchronization of the various machines.

It is possible to fill with hot and cold filling system and fill various types of product such as dense products with different viscosities, liquids, products with and without pieces, such as jams, honey, sauces, creams, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. It can also be customized according to the customer’s needs with complementary accessories such as: Top cover with laminar flow, automatic C.I.P., bottom-up filling etc.
